ROAM 5790 wants you
Do you have the right stuff?
If you are a community member that would love to participate in Rotary, but whose family and work commitments make a traditional Rotary experience impossible, this is your opportunity.
Our members are from throughout the DFW Metroplex. We meet twice month via Zoom and we encourage the entire Family to participate. We schedule fellowship mixers throughout the area so that members can meet for fellowship and fun.
Our service projects are both what our members have a passion to do and in partnership with Rotary clubs where you live and work.
Our e-club is designed to be flexible allowing folks from all types of jobs and vocations to contribute without cramping their schedule.
Frequently Answered questions by our club President
Q: Are meetings mandatory?
A: Live participation is encouraged to remain engaged in the club, however, we recognize that life happens. We remain in regular contact with each other through WhatsApp where we discuss ideas and support one another as we exchange ideas and upcoming projects.
Q: How do I connect with fellow Rotary members in person if this is an e-club?
A: We encourage our members to make it to the in-person meetings or to participate in service projects together.
Q: How can I support my community through service projects?
A: Members will have access to the Calendar of other Rotary Clubs in their area and are welcome to reach out directly to them or bring ideas to our online forums for collaboration and partnership with others in our group.
Rotary in Action

We work with groups and organizations of all sizes to accomplish even more. ROAM 5790 members are dedicated to serving the needs of those that are victims of abuse and that of children with special needs.
We are currently seeking local partner organizations where our members can volunteer to serve those communities.

Discover and celebrate diverse perspectives with a global organization.

ROAM 5790 seeks to learn about cultures different then our own. Members support the Rotary Youth Exchange program and Rotary International Teacher Exchange in order  to immerse one self in another countries culture.
